Cashback is only applicable on purchases of Rs.1,000 or above made via our affiliate links. The cashback rate shown on each product is an estimate based on our current Amazon/Flipkart Associates commission. Actual cashback may vary. Products below Rs.1,000 are not eligible. Cashback is not a service provided by Amazon/Flipkart.in — it is funded entirely by our affiliate commission. Rates may change at any time without notice.

Claims with mismatched, blurry, edited, or incomplete screenshots will be rejected without appeal.
All approved claims are subject to a mandatory 15–30 day waiting period before cashback is credited to your wallet. This waiting period exists because Amazon/Flipkart's return/refund window is up to 10 days. We verify that your order has not been cancelled or returned before releasing cashback. Cashback will not be credited for any order that is cancelled, returned, or refunded during this period, even if the claim was initially approved.
If you cancel or return an order after submitting a claim, your claim will be automatically rejected and any pending cashback will be forfeited. If cashback has already been credited to your wallet before the return is detected, we reserve the right to deduct the equivalent amount from your wallet or suspend your account.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs.300. Maximum single withdrawal is Rs.800. Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours via UPI (Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe) or bank transfer. We reserve the right to delay or reject withdrawals if fraud is suspected or if account verification is pending. Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.
You must be 18 years or older to use CashBack Club. Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts to exploit cashback offers will result in permanent ban of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent ban and legal action where applicable:
We collect your name, email address, phone number, and UPI ID solely to operate the cashback service. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party. All data is stored securely. By using our service, you consent to this data collection. Governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
CashBack Club is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Amazon/Flipkart.in. We are not responsible for any issues with your Amazon/Flipkart purchases, deliveries, or returns. Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the cashback amount in their wallet at any given time.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe these terms have been violated. Upon termination, all pending cashback and wallet balance may be forfeited.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of CashBack Club after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
